Looks like someone took an H500 apart, soldered some speaker wire from the bluetooth headset to a small earpiece. You would still need a bluetooth adapter to attach to the scanner.

I don't know, it seems kind of scetchy. $255 for a bluetooth device that's been opened up and messed with... I'd be careful.

This is the what I use, Jabra A210, Motorola HS500 Headset, and a 3/32" Stereo Jack to 1/8" Stereo Plug Adapter from Radio Shack Model: 274-0397
