What is the % on trunked system?

On my Pro-97, when I click MAN on a trunked system bank, on the bottom line I see a percentage that keeps changing. What is this?

The decode rate at which your radio is decoding the control channel. Basically, the stronger and clearer the signal, the better the decode rate, and the better your radio should track the system. On your radios, I believe the highest percentage is 99%. I have a 93, 96, and 2096, and have never seen them higher than 99%. Only place I have ever seen 100% is on the Unitrunker software.
