Default Road Trip Report: Macon to Augusta

Howdy,

Some of you may benefit from my recent road trip through Macon (Bibb County) and up to Augusta (Richmond County). This is a list of what I heard. Many of the recordings (via my TRX-2 and/or G5) were 1-2 seconds long and made it impossible to tell the user. I'll let the locals confirm what I heard; you can submit to the database.

Macon (Bibb County)
Lots on the city-county TRS, nothing new. Otherwise, good decoding of the Bibb & Monroe systems on my Unication G5.

Baldwin County
TRS - surprisingly, did not hear anything (maybe I programmed it wrong?)

Washington County
151.1900 DMR, CC 7, TS 1, TG # 702
151.1900 DMR, CC 14 (bad decode?), TS 2, TG # 40 (LEA ?)
151.3175 DMR, CC 7, TS 2, TG # 400
151.4525 DMR, CC 7, TS 1, TG # 702 (EMS Dispatch)
153.7700 DMR, CC 7, TS 2, TG # 400
153.7700 DMR, CC 7, TS 2, TG # 702

Hancock County
451.9625 DMR, CC 7, TS 2, TG # 102
453.0500 DMR, CC 7, TS 2, TG # 103 (Public Safety paging tones)
460.2875 DMR, CC 7, TS 2, TG # 102

Jefferson County
150.9950 DMR, CC 1, TS 2, TG # 101
150.9950 DMR, CC 1, TS 1, TG # 116 (also used TS 2)
154.1600 DMR, CC 1, TS 2, TG # 109 (EMS Dispatch)
154.1600 DMR, CC 1, TS 2, TG # 113
154.1600 DMR, CC 1, TS 2, TG # 114
154.1600 DMR, CC 1, TS 1, TG # 115 (Transit - buses, seniors?)
154.3550 DMR or NXDN (unknown values - heard in analog only)
155.2350 DMR or NXDN (unknown values - heard in analog only)
159.5700 DMR or NXDN (unknown values - heard in analog only)

McDuffie County
155.5650 NXDN (9600), RAN 50, fully encrypted

Burke County
453.1875 DMR, CC 6, TS 1, TG # 50010
453.1875 DMR, CC 6, TS 2, TG # 50011
453.3625 DMR, CC 1, TS 1, TG # 104 (also TS 2; heard Public Safety paging)
453.6625 DMR, CC 6, TS 2, TG # 50017

Jenkins County
460.4500 DMR, CC 6, TS 2, TG # 20017

Laurens County
155.5500 DMR, CC 4, TS 1, TG # 400 (City of Dublin Police)

Columbia County
P25-II TRS - cc active 853.8375, fully encrypted talkgroups of 1, 2, 4, 48, 54, 80, 81, 82, 97, and 100. Sounded like ADP, but regardless nothing was in the clear. The database shows no talkgroups and has a note of "all talkgroups encrypted". I can second that motion.

Richmond County
Good decoding of the Palmetto TRS (South Carolina system & known Augusta talkgroups) on my TRX-2 & G5.

GSP Troop-B, Post-25 155.5875 NAC370. The Post's radio ID was 4401. Troopers' radio IDs were 477xxxx.
