I've noticed on my trips back/forth to Atlanta that my scanner often shows I'm receiving GSP-Americus but upon looking at the RRDB, they have the same RX frequency as GSP-Amicalola Falls (155.4375). Can anyone confirm whether GSP-Americus also uses the same NAC (650) as Amicalola? If so, they would explain why my scanner displays these two posts interchangeably.

Same frequency, different NAC, many miles apart.

I live in Americus and can verify the 155.4375 FB2 but with NAC of 495.

Thanks for the update on Americus. I really appreciate knowing their NAC (when you have time, you should submit that to the RRDB). I think what I did was just not notice what CTCSS tones was on the display for Americus. I have all the GSP Posts input in my scanner with those that have an unknown NAC programmed as SEARCH. Since I only hear that particular frequency while driving down in Georgia, I typically don't look at the screen while driving. Thanks, again, for your response and information. HAPPY SCANNING!
