Roswell/Sandy Springs

So I've noticed that SSPD and RPD have gone completely quite while Alpharetta/Milton PD is still quite active on phase 1.

I was scanning RPD while traveling through Roswell coming from the Woodstock area and heard absolutely nothing at around 1am on a Monday morning as I continued to Norcross.

I'm thinking that SS/RPD have made the switch to Phase II yet but I cannot confirm this.

If anyone has any info, please let me know.
