How to unlock & lock the keypad on the new Uniden sds100 scanner...

When i programmed this new scanner, The KEYPAD WAS LOCKED, How can i UNLOCK IT.

Assuming you did not upgrade to the current version of Sentinel, go into Sentinel Profile and turn off keypad lock. That software function was inadvertently left active, but has since (in the latest version) been removed. If you already upgraded, try just writing to the scanner...it might unlock by default. Otherwise, you'll need to go back one version of Sentinel and do as above. Unfortunately, I am not where I can try any of this to confirm, right now.
