I have had my Bearcat Trunk Tracker 3 model BCT15X for over a year and still do not know how to program it properly to receive descent transmissions. I live in Smiths Station, AL which is only about 10 minutes from Columbus, GA. I spend most of my time in Columbus so, this is why I would like to listen to Columbus, GA PD radio traffic. Can anyone help me figure out how to program my scanner? Thank you in advance

Which, if correct, your scanner won't work on as it's an analog only scanner.
