geting licance for han radio

i live in chapman ks i was wondering where i can go to get info on where i need to get the test done
right now i"m studing the book for the 35 qustion test

There's a sticky post in the top of this sub-forum that has loads of info on finding where to take the test.

Unfortunately you'll probably want to wait until the stupidity in Washington is over and the Government reopens. While the government is shutdown, the FCC is closed and not processing new licenses or upgrades.
