Default GMRS Licensing

Just curious if someone can enlighten me as to the average length of time it takes to receive a GMRS license. I filed online last night. And yes, I'm taking into account that itís Sunday & Easter. Thanks in advance for any guesses.

Mine showed up in about a week. Kinda surprised it was that quick. Got it quicker than my amateur license.

It'll take less than a week. Nowadays, they notify you by email. After payment and paperwork online, they send you a link and you print up your own copy.

I applied the Friday morning before mlk day and received mine by the next morning. The email sent letting me know was 5 hours after I had checked online for my license. Now to get back to studying for my technician license
