MOTOTRBO Capacity Plus Trunk System in PSR600

Can a Mototrbo Capcity Plus Trunk system be progarmmed in the PSR600? If so, which system name should I select when entering the TSYS?.Thanks.

No it can not monitor MotoTRBO whether conventional or trunked. TRBO is time slotted TDMA and no consumer grade receivers are able to monitor it at this time.

No problem. Someday maybe a receiver may be introduced however it all depends on how much is proprietary to Motorola versus open DMR standards and of course if the marketplace is willing to pay for it.

I hear lots of machine guns out there. Do I need to buy a Motorola radio or can something else handle it?

No present day scanner can decode mototrbo, even the new Unidens.

Check out DSD Plus, they have been making big strides in decoding these systems.
