add new frequency to active scan list#1

Hello fellow scannists,iam no beginner to this hobby and i have a psr 500 two in fact but i just cannot understand how to add a new freg. to a avtive scan list which is #1 i have gone to the edit screen but it seems it only lets you delete freqs.Help i need..they should have kept them simple like the pro 95 and 97.Ok regards Dave.

I think that you need some software. I use PSR Edit .. and it works wonders. I also have a PSR500 and have never done it manually ... cause the software just does such a good job.

The frequency should go to scan list 1 by default, but if it doesn't press the Select button on scan list 1 and you should see a star beside it saying that you have added it to the scan list.
