psr800 skywarn scan list

Do I have to create this list. I have local ham repeaters in my ham list . I do not see a skywarn list.I have set up the weather side with fips codes I did not see a skywarn list in there. It doesnt say exactly where this is in the owners manual.Any advice greatly apperciated.
