Step 1. Make sure that your computer is loading the GRE driver for the com port (you can check using Device Manager.) If not, the .inf file is on the CD that came with the radio.

Or go here and download the .inf driver from GRE site GRE America Inc.
The driver is at the bottom of the page.

Default new psr-800 software

I received updates for new and updated software for the psr-800 . It was a free download. I cannot find that link anywhere. I use windows 10
Help is always welcome.
