PSR-800: Library Update

Saw that there was no library update so far this weekend. Will there be ne or do we wait until next weekend.

Error updating Library 4-9-16

Is it just me or is anybodyelse having difficulty trying to check for a library update today Saturday 4-9.. I'm getting a socket 10061 connection refused error message.
