Smile GRE 500 scanner.

my lists have disappeared The scanner was working fine, shut off, next time I turned it on, nothing was there. a message nothing enabled shows on the face window. I use PSRedit 500 and a GRE interface cable that came with the scanner. this method will not reload scanner. Any suggestions?

Happens to me on GRE600 & clones. Try turning back on and off a few times...THEN hit the WX channel to actually hear SOMETHING...then press function and Tune and tune down thru the VHF, THEN back to manual, then scan, and should be ok.

OR just pull in the list with PSRedit
