PSR-500 Control Channel Only?

Hi guys; I'm looking at picking up a PSR-500 when they come out. My question is this: Do they support Control Channel Only trunking on the VHF band like the 396 does?

I am almost 100% sure it does.. Even the PSR-500's younger brother the Pro-96 does VHF Control Channel Only Trunking.

i wonder about control channel only for service searches? maybe it's in the manual...i dont know. i havent had time to read it all.

Yes, the PSR-500 does Motorola Control Channel Only mode.
