Does anyone living in the Rialto area know if it's possible to receive the counties below with commercial gain type antennas:

San Bernardino County, San Bernardino City, La County, Riverside County and Orange County.

If anyone knows if this has been tried let me know,

Thanks..

SB County, yes.
SB City, yes
LA County, probably not
Riverside County, probably not but worth a try.
Orange County, probably not.

Many systems are designed to cover just within their political boundary, and attempts are frequently made to insure that coverage doesn't go too far. This is because of the heavy reuse of frequencies in southern California. Counties toward the east are co-channeled with counties to the west. Depending on where you are in Rialto, you may be in a position to hear some of the other counties, but you might find that it works in one transmission, and then gets covered by something more local. That said, try them all and see what works.

The SB county and city systems work just fine in Rialto, so you will have no trouble hearing Systems 6-7, 8, 9, and 10.
