Riverside ERICA - new site?

We received a submittal from a person that cannot be reached via PM or Email that the ERICA system has a new site with 5 frequencies. (listed below)
I'll happily enter the info in the Db, if we confirm if this a stand alone site, and if so its SID, control channel etc, or are the 5 frequencies simply part of the existing Simulcast system?

Appreciate any input.

Just to add.... PD is all encrypted. But other city service are clear voice.

OK, I added the site.

I note there are a tiny number of talk groups in the Db for the system.(only City of Beaumont)
If anyone has additional confirmed TGs, kindly submit them.

Do you have any of the Public Work Talk Group logged ?

id 105 is one of the Public Works talkgroups.
I only briefly listened but they were talking about electrical related stuff.

I think id 109 might be Buses but I have not confirmed yet.

id 106 an 107 are also non-encrypted talkgroups.

I can only receive the system from Moreno Valley and it's 1 bar on the handheld. really need somebody closer to Beaumont to do some logging.
