What am I doing wrong?

Im trying to monitor These frequencies and I programmed them as regular conventional channels but all I hear is garble and pulse tones and very little voice. Can anyone tell me what type of system this is? Im using a TRX-1

They are licensed for analog, but I'll bet they are using DMR.
I don't do TRX, so I am not sure if there are settings that need to be adjusted or if they need to be programmed as conventional DMR.
