Corona PD switched to the RSO PSEC system earlier this year, but had to patch back into their legacy system for the past 6 months due to coverage issues. These coverage issues over the McKinley area have been fixed via adding new towers and thus the legacy VHF patch has been turned off and Corona PD is back to full encryption all 10 channels they utilize. The legacy patch was disabled 20min ago.
