HELP with TRUNKING setup please!

Please add any comments as I'm having a difficult time setting up a trunked system for Edwards AFB.
This is how I'm trying to program....
NEW CONFIGURATION
Library Import.....CALIFORNIA-KERN CO.-TRUNKED SYSTEMS-USAF (157)
SITES.....EAFB Sites 40/41/42/43
TALKGROUPS....Edwards AFB
IMPORT CHANNELS to Scanlist 01 and it is enabled

Go to Trunked Tab.....
USAF 157 is there
SITE DETAILS show the 4 sites
TALKGROUP DETAILS......I add WILDCARD

Go to scan...nothing but silence! S shows open, Signal meter shows full bars, T is blinking.

If I search for freqs, they are loud and clear, so signal strength is good.
What am I doing wrong???? Yes, it is transferred to SD card.

Check to see that you have the all the control channels entered into the system. In your programming software see if you have Motorola P25 as the system type.
