Default XL-185p

I just realized that there hasn't been anything put up here yet about the XL-185. Expect it to drop before too long in a 700/800 as well as 900MHz version. Includes WiFi and LTE. Form factor and accessories are the same as the XL-200p.

The XG-75p is already basically dead within the CONUS (replaced with the XG-75pe) and I would expect following XL-185p to see it continue on an elimination path.

Yep, it's that time again."Out with the old, in with the new". I imagine that the XG-100p will be getting phased out soon.

I just logged into TechLink and looked for any mention of the XL-185p.

Nothing yet...

Per TechLink, the XG-100p's EOL was scheduled December 2016, and parts support ends 2022-05-31.

Spreadsheet (in pdf format) has EOL info on all models designated.

Thanks for the updated EOL pdf. I was wondering when they were finally going to EOL the P7100/5100 UHF-L.Looks like the P7200 will be next year.

So, it's just a stripped down XL200P for 700/800/900 only (of course, also LTE and WiFi)?
