Exclamation Sticky Grundig G5

I bought a used Grundig G5 on Ebay. I left mine outside overnight in the rain after sitting in my backyard (very disappointed in myself about that one considering how careful I am with all my radio equipment...) anyway the radio is great condition but now I have to deal with a sticky radio again! I don't recall how I made my first one un-sticky that was many years ago when I got the first unit, but if anyone has any suggestions as to do so please share!
