MWARA Frequencies

Does anyone have a current list of MWARA oceanic aero frequencies? I'm primarily interested in the CAR, CEP & NAT regions. I haven't seen any list as recent as 1999 and many of those frequencies are completely bogus.

This is from the current FAA International Flgiht Information Manual - it lists the current freq's in use.

Those are some nice links - and we have a couple more from the NGIA on the ICAO Wiki page as well.
2 things to keep in mind when listening to MWARA;
a. Not all frequencies are used all of the time. This is something that, to be honest, I've never completely understood, but I'm told it is a function of loading within the region, as well as the amount of other radio traffic in and around these freqs;

b. Propagation right now is in the pits. With the flux hovering around 80, daytime HF is going to be a bit difficult. The lower freqs, during the eve, are likely to be somewhat better. Except for an occasional flare or coronal hole (which will pick things up briefly), this is the way it's going to be for awhile.
