About 0445 UTC March 6 I tuned to 216 kHz and heard a female then a male speaking French underneath the NDB from North Carolina. After some online Wikapedia research it lists Monte Carlo here at this time. Heard on both the DX-1000 and HF-225 Europa. Fading in and out but clearly heard here in Florida when strongest. This is a good season for longwave listening.
