Thanks for the replies. I have the 2009 edition and was hoping there was a newer one. Their ceasing publication was a loss for all shortwave listeners!

At one point in time, someone had posted a directory of 24 pdf copies of the Passports covering 1986 to 2009.

The industry standard WRTH Online annual has the international broadcaster information you seek. Supplemental updates are available. There isn't anything any better out there. Universal Radio and HRO also sell the publication.

Mike is correct that the 1986 to 2009 Passport books are online as PDF's.
I have a hard copy of one or two different years but downloaded the PDF's when they were available.
