Default MD-782 RJ 45

Can anyone tell me what the RJ45 on a MD782 is used for? Can I use it to link to a repeater?

This is a US spec MD782 UHF radio. There is no RJ45 jack on this. I dont see anything in specs where this radio is available with an RJ45 interface. There is a 26 pin accessory connector.

Sure it's a MD782?
