Default Hytera pd682 speaker pop and other

I have a brand new pd682, every time it unmutes, someone talks on a repeater the speaker pops and than u hear the audio.

Second, sometimes the radio Will not pick up audio from a dmr repeater unless I key the repeater first.

Only use the radio for dmr.

I put a ton of these into service and I've only heard of this problem one time but that was with old firmware. If it's a brand new radio it should have version 8.05. XX firmware in it can you confirm? Also, since you only use this for DMR, do you have receive groups programmed or is it set to receive group includes TX contact?

Finally, is this on a ham DMR system like dmr-marc or brandmeister? The reason for this question is on some of the ham systems you won't hear certain talk groups unless you do PTT first. That's the way the local repeater could be set up. The speaker pop could also be the way that the local repeater is handling a network push to talk. Does it do the same thing if you have another radio and talk on it Simplex between the two or on a local DMR repeater that doesn't go through a network?
