Icom R30 firmware

I have been trying to update the firmware on my SD card. I cannot get the PC (tried two of them) to recognize the card via USB. The Icom software installed when the R30 was first connected to both PC's. I have a card reader and the PC will recognize the card and I was able to instal the new .dat file, but after I put the card back in the radio I keep getting a "No File" indication.
Kind of at a loss and looking for advise.

Please disregard. I neglected to put the R30 in SD Card USB mode via the menu. The update worked like a champ!

Well, not quite as expected. I originally pre-ordered from Universal. After I began to see people talking about having received their radios I got in touch with them. They sent me an email explaining that my credit card was denied about six day earlier!! I have no idea why they didn’t get in touch with me.
Anyway, I ordered the radio from HRO (same credit card) and it was here in two days!
