Monmouth observations

I believe 151.4425 (131.8) is the new input to the 155.655 Monmouth PD repeater. I didn't have two scanners to verify but it sure seemed to be the input in the brief time I got to listen.

Heard a repeater in Monmouth on 461.0125 (186.2). It was strongest near ShopKo so I’m thinking it’s the Farmland Foods plant. There’s no FCC license.

has the older "area of operation" in the location, doesn't show up well on some searches.
