Would it be against the law to post Audi recodings of calls on social media sites.

I was talking to a guy who runs a scanner page that post calls that happen in there town. It was a idea to post the audio later after the call is over.

It's still a website. As long as it doesn't violate the website's TOS I don't see how that is any different than Broadcastify's archives. I don't agree with the practice, but it isn't against the law.
