Etsb peo co net

Tonight, tried to listen to Peoria Police (451) and Peoria Co Sheriff (501) on ETSB Peoria Co Net but heard NO traffic. When I entered the conventional freq (460.050 & 158.730) talking up a storm. I entered the ETSB TG on both a BCD996XT & HP1 scanner when I entered several other ETSB TGs they were silent too I entered TAZCOMM & STARCOM TGs and they worked fine

Working fine for me on a BCD996P2 and TRX-1 Control channel changes quite often on this system. At time of this post it was 851.1250

I have all of the control numbers selected
maybe I need to be more selective

all the scanners are tuned to ETSB Peoria Co and working just fine. not sure what happened last night
