IDOT talk groups

I have been monitoring IDOT talk groups all day in this snow storm. I'm not hearing anything from Ottawa or Peoria. I have all of the talk groups programmed in from the database. Does anyone have any insight on the talk groups they are using? I'm picking up stuff from Dixon and Paris. Nothing from Ottawa or Peoria, even on ID Search on a 996P2.

If you're listening to a 700 MHz site, it could be that the control channel has changed frequencies. This has been observed recently at various 700 MHz SC21 sites around the state. If you are able to get an updated frequency list for a given 700 MHz site, please submit it the Radio Reference SC21 page.

That's what happened to the StarCom site I have here. Site 358 changed to 700 MGz beginning of March. It took a couple weeks before I ruled out scanner problems and they haven't gone P2. Yet. I found the updated freqs on this site's database. All works now but I know P2 is around the corner. Gotta upgrade my PSR-800 and get a BCD996P2.

Yesterday during snow storm I monitored T125 TG 3743, Pontiac yard, 3744,Morris yard Tg5664 McClean and this tower is 800mgz , I'm also hearing Grundy Co on there new digital system TG2426 FD paging..

Also heard Ottawa Idot on TG 3746, ....On this web site the Streator tower is 700mgz and CC is 774.79375....

I also picked up Ottawa IDOT on sat didn't catch the Freq or tower. It seemed I was picking up IDOT yards to the south of me.

Streators tower went quiet. I think something changed.

I have TG 3746 programmed in. I was receiving ISP on the LaSalle tower (the one at D-17 HQ), but nothing from IDOT.
Ditto on the Streator tower. It's quiet on my radio, as well.
