listening to PEORIA CO ETSB TRUNK SYSTEM. Peoria Co Fire Net. Talk Group 1403, Chillicothe Fire Paging. I continue to hear a garbled station periodically. Definately NOT the Chillicothe Fire Dept. It is a strong signal. Don't know if encryption or just bleed over. I am hearing it on more than one scanner too. I am located in the middle of Chillicothe. AMT Ambulance is housed at the Fire House Station One. I don't think they would be using the Fire system to communicate. I do NOT hear this traffic on any of the other 6 C.C.F.D Talk Groups.
