I read in the warsaw paper and it said the Kos sherriff had to change their freq because of their signal not getting out . Did RR update it and is it Digital or Conventional?

I have heard that K Co. switched to narrowband, but not sure about frequencies. Do you have a link to the article?

To add to Scannerfreak's reply which is correct concerning the move from 154.845 KCSD Old Plan B Dispatch (which will be kept and will or already has been converted over to NFM as a backup) the new Dispatch on 151.08500 WQGH729 RM 141.3 PL KCSD Disp Sheriff Dispatch FMN is also simulcasted on:

155.87250 WQGH729 RM 351 DPL KCSDNorthDp Sheriff- Disp North FMN
151.10750 WQGH729 RM 351 DPL KCSDSouthDp Sheriff- Disp South FMN

All transmissions North or South are simulcasted on all three repeater frequencies at this point. Still hear traffic on VHF Plan A 155.130/154.890 and TAC channels from time to time also.
