I have a BCD996T Trunking radio and Freescan and RR.Com. I want to try my hand at programming since my area has went to P25. How difficult is it to add the talk groups to my radio. Do I select them before or during the download process to the radio? I am as green as you can get so lets stay with basic wording, please.
