ISP 93 UNITS

Does anyone have any info about 93 Units on ISP. Heard a 93 unit mark out at a residence to make a check on a person. Could this be investigations???If anyone has any ideas I would like to hear them. 93 units are not in the unit numbers for ISP in the Indiana wiki.

They were talking about checking on a subject that was on probation, 93 unit advised he would be out checking the location for the person.
