Anyone know what the deal is? It's still broadcasting and a few TGIDs are still coming through (by my count, only 6 over the past 24 hours) but everything else is gone...

Secondly, does anyone know the correct backup channels for Elkhart City Police/Fire? I haven't had a single hit on the frequencies posted on RR...

DISREGARD! Not even 10 minutes after I post this, everything comes alive again... Thank god! lol

But if anyone knows those backup frequencies... I want to be ready for the next time this happens...

All of these are what is licensed, and all are NFM.. May all have NEW tones that we do not know of as they are extremely rarely in use.

I don't know the specifics, but that's where they are when SafeT is down, like this past weekend. I'm not technically up on DMR so have no idea about that.

If your scanner is capable of doing trunking, and it receives the ERS-OCI 800 system fine, then its still Analog Type II/IIi. If all there is is digital buzz its DMR.. I suspect its still analog but will convert soon. I also suspect EFD and EPD have a talk group or 2 each on it. The use of those freqs and that DPL... And I am surprised they do not make use of the other 800 MHz conventional. Oh well.
