Four winds casino is probably on dmr/trbo system. Not sure about tribal police. Might have their own channel or operate off a county or city channel.

WQXZ544 Pokagon Band Tribal Police Department Dowagiac MI and WQXT787 Pokagon Gaming Authority New BUFFALO MI Both list 3000 PRAIRIE AVE South Bend IN as their operating address. Looks like there’s a good chance the Gaming Authority is DMR.
