I'm sure that this subject has been covered to death, but I can't find the specifics to Marshall County. Trying to get back into after several years off. I have a Uniden 396XT. Obviously SAFE-T has been re-banded. I tried to reprogram the scanner with the new control channels and even edited the band plan. I'm getting nothing. I updated the latest firmware on the scanner as well, and am using FreeScan. Greatly appreciated if anyone can help me out.

P25 Standard for the XT, not MOT. SAFE-T is not just rebanded, it is upgraded to full on P25 Phase I digital, and will soon begin upgrades to Phase II. So that BCD396XT will need replaced with a Phase II capable scanner within about 4 to 5 years or so.
