Form 159 for GROL

I just took and passed my Element 1 & 3 exams today, currently I am filling out forms 605 and 159. I have 605 done, my question is where do I find the fee information to put on 159? I have looked at the wireless fee guideline and cannot find any info relating to GROL application fees. Has anyone else recently done this and can help me out?

The COLEM can and should file it electronically for you. You can to online modifications and renewals after the license is issued.
