I believe so Michael. Notice only one of the CIRPSCS sites/whatever is 700 MHz.

I'm wondering at what point will Sioux CIty's Starcomm system be rolled into the database as part of ISICS?

Two separate systems - ISICS is the state-owned system. CIRPSCS is operated by RACOM.

I guess I was thinking that the Central system was the start of the statewide system. How this pass Branstad, He is/was trying to find to cut money/state jobs. I was wondering if he was trying to get Iowa Public TV to merge their channels with commercial TV. Never did here if IPT was involved in the reverse auction.

Nope. As far as Branstad, nothing would have crossed his desk since its all county/city users as far as I know. Polk County was on the RACOM EDACS system before except for the fire departments, but everyone is now on the Central system.
