Early this morning, 7 Jun 14 Sat, @ 00:19:15 - I have a log of a (what I think to be) KHP Trooper 26? (UID 52672) Most likely out of Hays Troop D with a *join* to talk group 4676 - RR has no 4676 listing. There was no other close traffic from or to this UID or TGID. This isn't the first time I have seen a either known or unknown JOIN of an UID to an unknown TGID. I'm sure this can be an unknown, new TGID to RR. I also wonder if this may be a glitch on the radio or my reception of it. Thoughts?
