Hancock County Fire

I have programmed my BCT15x using the database but am unable to it up. I'm up the road from a fire dept which I would think would have a repeater. Also I'm able to pick up Ohio county which is farther away and also get Hancock LE. Does anyone have another freq for fire? Or a way to make sure I have the right one.
