Group,
I haven't had an opportunity to play around with the blue tooth feature yet for the Kenwood NX5000 series mobiles and I have some questions if anyone with experience can answer them for me.
1. What is the range is (in footage) with the blue tooth?
2. Does it need to connect via the RF deck for programming or the control head, or does it not matter?
3. What is the data transfer speed to read and write to the radio, and how long does it take to read and/or write to a deck via blue tooth?
4. Is the transfer speed the same as the USB high speed programming cable, a standard programming cable, or faster, slower or the same as any of the programming cables?
5. Do i have to connect/link the blue tooth up with each RF deck (or control head depending on answer to question 2) separately or can i connect to one RF deck and it will allow the PC to talk to all the RF decks in the configuration?
Thank you,
Doug
