Default EF Johnson USB Cable 023-5100-970 for 5100

I had a quick question about the EF Johnson USB cable 023-5100-970 for the Ascend ES 5100. My question is this, Is this cable compatible with the Motorola XTS 2500 & 5000 for programming or just proprietary to the ES 5100 only.. Any help would be appreciated, I Would rather not find out the hard way..Thanks

Hey David I agree with you 100% but never hurts to ask. Better to ask when one doesn't know than to try and find out the hard way and tear something up.. Thank you for taking the time to respond very much appreciated..
