Default Kenwood tk 380 ptt id

I have my kenwood tk 380 programmed for DTMF PTT ID at end of transmit.

I want the timings on each digit to be 50ms long.
How to do this in KPG-49D?

You can change the DTMF digit time under the DTMF/ENCODE window. Set it to 15 and that is the fastest you can get at .066. I do not know if this will affect the DTMF ID string or just the DTMF dialing. give it a try and let us know.

Thanks,

Jim
