There are two systems listed, https://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?sid=4256
and https://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?sid=6447
Maybe the database is wrong. You can't count on it being up to date or accurate.
Maybe the control channels changed.
Maybe it moved to 380 MHz and is now a site on one of the DoD nationwide trunked systems.
Did you search 380-390 and 406.1-420 in 12.5 kHz steps and see if you can find any P25 control channels?
Have you tried searching with a scanner that does not mute encrypted transmissions like a GRE or Whistler? I their comms are encrypted a uniden will skip right over them and you will not even know they are there.
Last time I was in the area, I got a few hits on their P25 system. Seems the CC channel per database is correct but as Tim-B said; no audio so my guess is encryption. I was mostly listening to Bossier on LWIN and Caddo's 800 system so I didn't pay that much attention to it. I'll pay more attention to it next time I go thru there.
