Looks like caddo parish is going to be on the lwin bandwagon

While I was researching a frequency in the Caddo Parish FCC database. I noticed that the emission codes for the Caddo Parish TRS had changed to P25. I don't know about them going to LWIN, but next time get up that way I'll check it out.
