They appear to be all railroad bridges.
"Marine Ch 16 and Marine Ch 13 look like favorites."
Maybe because 16 is the calling channel and 13 is the working channel?

The bridge known as "198" is a rail lift bridge in Joliet, IL. They had it setup so the railroad DS could talk to the boats on the Marine channel, so he could coordinate the train moves across the bridge.

There are a few bridges in the Milwaukee harbor area that need to open for river traffic. They are not on this list and use Ch. 16 as well.
